Evening Bookings Require One Hour’s Notice
All evening bookings require a minimum of 1 hour’s notice.
This is because we do not have staff on-site in the evenings unless a booking is made. The hour’s notice allows our team member to:

Arrive on site

Prepare and check your private spa pool

Test and adjust water temperature and quality
-
Turn on mood lighting and music
-
Heat the changing rooms
Minimum booking for evening sessions is two people.

Daytime Bookings – More Flexibility
During daytime operating hours (11:00am to 4:30pm), our spa area is staffed, and pools are always available for booking.
Shorter notice is usually fine, and single-person bookings are welcome during the day.
