General Pool Rules at Oceanside Oasis
At Oceanside Oasis, we’re committed to providing a serene and safe environment for all our guests. Please review and follow our general pool rules to ensure a relaxing experience for everyone.
Reservations Required
All spa pool visits must be booked in advance to guarantee availability. Walk-ins cannot be accommodated.
Age Restrictions

Children under 6 years old are not permitted in the spa pools.

An adult must accompany guests under 16 at all times.
Health and Safety Guidelines
For the well-being of all guests, please avoid using the spa pools if you have:

Hygiene Requirements
Appropriate swimwear is required at all times in the spa pool areas. Please shower before entering the pools.
Respectful Behaviour
To preserve the tranquil environment of Oceanside Oasis, we kindly ask all guests to:

Walk calmly through all areas – no running is permitted on the pathways or around the spa pools

This is a relaxation area, and we ask that you be considerate of others who are seeking peace and serenity during their visit.
Food and Drink Policy
Only water in plastic bottles or containers is permitted near the pools. No food or other beverages allowed.
Safety First: No Diving or Jumping
For your safety, diving and jumping are strictly prohibited in all spa pools.
Personal Belongings
Please store your items in the provided lockers. Oceanside Oasis is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
Alcohol and Drug Policy
No alcohol or drug use is allowed on the premises. Guests who appear intoxicated will be asked to leave immediately.
Emergency Procedures
In case of an emergency, follow all instructions provided by staff without delay.
Pregnancy Advisory
Expecting guests should consult with their healthcare provider before using our spa facilities.
Special Note: Black Bark Caution
Please avoid stepping on the black bark, as it may transfer dye to the water or decking. We appreciate your cooperation!
